They try to do bankruptcy, but that only gives them 6-8 weeks of postponement and they can only do so many change of court dates before they are denied any further changes and have to go to court.

On the down side, read the small print, terms can be changed, they can pull the credit line, they can call it due upon open ended events from yoour financial position, etc.Yes,  this stuff happens, a landlord investor had got cut off and the would not advance funds because they thought he had become over extended, that did over extend him and he hurried to sell off his houses, it was a bankruptcy in the end.

I sometimes think the best thing that could happen to Baltimore is to go into bankruptcy and have a receiver take control and throw out the incompetent politicians and bureaucrats.

Randy Bearden,The penalty is $195 Per Shareholder Per Month.Ned Carey,Truthfully, a zero asset, zero transaction return wouldn't be too much trouble.All entities that are taxed as corporations MUST FILE regardless of transactions.Corporations:Who Must File Unless exempt under section 501, all domestic corporations (including corporations in bankruptcy) must file an income tax return whether or not they have taxable income.

I tell them I don't want perfect credit or a certain credit score, I am looking for bankruptcies, repos, evictions.      3)   first month + one month security deposit - I make sure to explain why I think a security deposit (as opposed to a non refundable move in fee) is beneficial for both parties and everyone assures me they don't have a problem with a security depositPotential tenants A took an application and texted me the next day, asking if they could email it in.
