I'm sure this varies greatly.I have a 2 story 3 bedroom 2 bath with 6 beds and I pay $100 for each cleaning.

haha it was listed a 4 bed 2 bath but was only 2 bed 1 bath.

Renters would have to use a laundromat.The rental is a nice upstairs unit, 3 bed, 2 bath, in an ideal suburb location, family-friendly neighborhood. 

A potential tenant with a trust fund and no income wanted to occupy the largest apartment in one of my buildings  (a 3-bed, 2-bath) which was also the most expensive at just shy of $3,000.

I reno'd a property that was 2 bed 2 bath and the reno was around $30k, and that was a pretty good price.

You're laying in bed, your body ache, you have no energy and you feel that this is it.

One story I heard was there was a couple in Massachussets who was selling a ranch home, three bed and two bath if i recall correctly. 

Ive been seeing studio - 1 beds from 120-300k in hotels with rental programs.

I work dayshift at my current job and have 5 1/2 hours till I go to bed so I feel I can maximize my free time and weekends to learning the ropes and then in time start building my business. after posting on facebook that im getting my license a friend of mine commented that he wanted me to sell his house so I may get my first listing soon.
