Hi everyone, What neighborhoods or other micro-markets in Buffalo, NY offer lower entry price points ($150,000-$350,000) for multifamily homes (2-4 units) that have a higher chance of monthly cashflow?

You should always do research to see if this is viable in your target market but generally this is less common as many people want private spaces instead of shared.

Danielle, in order to get reasonable insurance pricing, all of the standard market companies will require the fuses to be updated. 

The issue I have is that there are too many deals, these are mostly off market deals 50K-90K.

Expanding your buyers list is key, especially in a hot market like Houston.
