A regular rental is tough to cash flow in Fresno or Clovis especially if you want something decent quality but I'd think that's where investors can get creative with the investing strategies like short term rental, house hack and more.

I'm managing from out of state for the next 9-12 months so I need a cleaner that I can trust and has a history of quality performance and a solid reputation.

Are their listings detailed with good quality photos?

@Destiny Dunbar I like the idea of doing a survey on wholesaling, unfortunately, I don't think you're going to find a positive outcome on BP.I think all businesses even non-real-estate-related need to have a core focus on either Quality, Price, or Convenience.

If so, one major factor I would consider is the quality of the on-base housing.

@Will Barnard I have found out about the quality of wholesalers very quickly.

We have found success offering good quality rentals and offering on places listed the first day.
