The saddest thing I see is that "success" for today's kids and young adults is Instagram followers and social media "influence", which IMO is completely useless vocation to our economy and people as a whole.

Most people will not be solving quadratic equations in their entire adult lives, but will be paying interest at some point....Loan sharks trick people by not having interest annualized. "2% a week" is what they say, and we don't teach this in school, so folks fall for it at the payday loan store, because "2% is a great interest rate." 2% * $10k * 52 / 12 = $866/mo.

Mainly being taken advantage of for being a new female investor.

I have a 14 month old son and I look and analyze my properties as if everyone had children from a liability standpoint - and or drunk adults after a night of drinking and partying on Broadway (which is actually worse than a 14 month old).  

I attended that meeting and listened to a female investor from Cinncinati, Ohio (Vena Jones Cox).  

In my area you have to market to the female buyer.
