Our house has better TV, faster internet, better/larger beds, more of our toys and requires less effort. 

They asked to install a wall-mount TV, and a gate on the patio so the kid could go out and be contained.

I mean here in Vegas we had our first confirmed case. and it was over an hour on TV interviewing the state health officials..

In TN where I live, the kids have their school work on the TV local channels, part has to be recorded because its in the middle of the night, but they do have 4 hours during the daytime hours live. 

A great tenant would have just gone back inside the house and called the cops or you and not had a reality TV moment in front of the property.I'd be careful about the wording of the warning, and maybe be more specific. 

I do know how much work is involved even with long term tenants, so I'm not sure I'd want to deal with AirBnB turnovers, phone calls, questions about this and that - how do I work the TV, where is the wine bottle opener...on and on. 

Also, having laundry running or the dishwasher or someone cooking while trying to watch TV... 

It's nominal compared to the cost of the paint job.I watch TV small claim court shows and the most common of cases is picky landlords deducting for stuff line these.

Do they blast their TV or stereo? 

The next day the tenant deleted his Facebook and still refused to communicate with me.The next morning I received a call from the tenants parents asking to go in the apartment and get their sons cat and a few items.Finally the tennant called me and told me is was ok for their parent to get the cat and a few items( tv and bedroom suit).
