Add some fans to keep air moving. 

Phillip:We use a variety of liquid, moisture, and humidity sensors with our building monitoring set-up to detect leaks (or when a bathroom fan or the HRV needs to be switched on) and have begun incorporating them into our renovations.That said, with the exception of humidistats on bathroom fans, the best offence we've found is prevention.  

I'm a big fan of Steve's Prince of Steaks -- their original location was around the corner from me when I was a kid. 

But, I personally have been a fan of the East Syracuse and Northside lately based on the opportunities.

Anyway, we're big fans of the Springs.  

I also see multi family properties pop up frequently in Blue Island and have always thought about investing there.

My standard rehab on my rentals includes fans in bedrooms, garbage disposals, and dishwashers.

Student rentals around UCONN is definitely worth looking into.I'm personally not a fan of wholesaling.

Great deals won't wait until you're ready to take them down...I'm not a fan of condos, for a variety of reasons, but the more deals you consider the easier it will be for the cream to rise to the top and overshadow the more marginal "opportunities."
