So many LOs were preaching mortgage rate cuts, this time around, and now I am seeing rates still the same, if not even slightly higher than what they were a few months ago. 

I find this to be a huge mistake and poor guidance.

Then there is that there are only 8 homes when you pass 1st camera, then private road, plus 150’ driveway with no easy turn around when all vehicles are present (7).This would have been first time packages have ever disappeared.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

We are sourcing our own deals at this point to get a better advantage.
