If you are just looking to network I would go the route of meetups locally (you can check above at the toolbar, hoover over forums then to the right you have events and meetups.If you are looking to wholesale and build a list of buyers that fix and flip for deals you may have then I would pull lists from 3rd party sites like Property Radar or propstream.

You are unlikely to sell all the properties to one buyer.

Those products do exist.Here's some tips on how to find lenders that write this in Texas and for everyone else just in case it get's researched.1.

This allows me to seed the property for 6-12month, then refi, and pay the full amount of the HELCO back in one payment. 

I have the rental properties insured with a variety of lenders and no issues with putting all of them under the umbrella policy.
