@Camron Cottam,It depends on what you think the license will do for you.The pre-licensing classes prepare you to deal with buyers and sellers, interact with a sponsoring broker, fill in the contract templates, etc. 

It's nearly impossible to accurately assess someone's character with such minimal interaction as an application or a single phone call or meeting. 

And a bunch of land mines potentially in each of those investor interactions.

Document all your interactions with them, sticking to emails.

When you think of a mentorship you think of high prices and not a lot of interaction.

Certainly, I prefer the face-to-face interaction as I've always found it's been more effective when building trust & developing relationships.  

Hi Maria, when you are choosing a course I would look into prep agent, they are the most interactive and the main tutor Joe has tons of videos on youtube.

I see on the interactive map there are few properties now registered.
