One other spot I've driven by which could use some invstigating was the city of Ennis.

Rental A is worth about 550k and we owe 210k at ~3.6% for about 25 more years.

If you were to look at this chart, you can easily see how unhealthy the market was in the 2004-2006 period, as homes became completely unaffordable and prices were driven by speculation.
