I'm wondering what the standard is for snow removal?

Just wondering if we could get something in writing where at end of January I don't have to give any notice and what's left is left for me to handle with no eviction process starting at that time.

I wondered what the response on BP would be for an initial rehab estimate.So if any experienced rehabbers wouldn't mind giving their estimates on how much a full rehab of this bathroom would cost. 

I finished each space with minimal upgrades.  

I just finished reading Finding & Funding Great Deals (twice) by Ansong Young and I am extremely excited to get started!

I wonder if there isn't an option to add a bedroom and at least shoot for the 3/1 market, which I imagine would be better than the 2/1 market.

And was wondering what is the typical length of a lease option/sandwich lease option deal in the area.

So it makes me wonder why ppl aren't jumping on these properties that are for sale if they are supposed to have cash flow. 

I am wondering if folks can answer few basic questions : 1)  I am based in MA  - Should I form LLC in RI or MA?

Wonder if anyone had experience with this.
