Kind of a rookie question but is there a site or a universal formula to estimate insurance when analyzing deals other than contacting a insurance agent in the specific market? 

I also chose the "wired' camera version, specifically because I didn't want to be changing out batteries or charging the cameras every so often.  

This could be on specific times and days of the week. 

If you just do wholesaling, you would be very limited to a very specific type of deal; that is the distressed seller who is willing to sell for cash in 48 hours at 75% of retail. 

Some people are very sensitive to smoke/second hand smoke and will select a building that specifically is non-smoking.
