Could be dogs too.Normally my solution would be to put up a fence all the way around the back, but this is a lake so this will block the view.My backyard extends to a seawall, then from the seawall slopes a few feet down to a platform where a kayak, paddle boat etc... can be launched.

I still don't see any legit argument against financing UNLESS you have no option to invest that money into something greater than the interest rate you pay for the loan.

Hi @Brendan McGinnis,You can give the lead to a Realtor like myself however if you are not a licensed agent they will not be able to pay you a legit referral for the transaction, otherwise you can try to find him a house that you can get under contract that might fit his needs but I would assume that would be a lot of work for you because you must market and find those houses.Hope this helps.

I am sure most of the platforms would do this if the borrower/promoter has a good track record and knows what they're doing.
