I can certainly shoot and edit footage of properties, but I also see value in interviews so a company can get their message across to potential investors, sellers, or even tenants in some circumstances. 

My recommendation would be to interview and incorporate trustworthy experts to help like thorough inspectors and land use/zoning attorneys.

When you are speaking to potential tenants, treat it like a job interview. 

After the detective wraps up with pictures, interviews, and investigating the scene, then the coroner will come remove the body.
