I do realize that many people don't want someone with not much experience interning for them but I can definitely bring my hustle and my ambition to the table, as you can or can't tell by me writing a forum post at 3 in the morning that is longer than Shakespeare's plays.

In my line of work I was taught to calculate the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) when reviewing various ways in which to pursue a project.   

These three International students changed the boundary of the whole rental agreements.Once for all, I want to teach them a lesson so they don't do this with anybody else.Can any of you tell me the whole process for taking them to small court?
