@Christopher Makestas  As a wholesaler you will have many many domain names as everything is testing to see what works and what doesn't work, and trust me a lot of stuff doesn't work haha..

Unless the short is pre approved its way to time intensive to pursue these, as a broker that has worked many SS deals, i look for other outlets, and only look at shorts if ive got no other leads, and everything else is done, ,y books are buttoned up, my garage is clean,  and the windows in my house are washed, and still no prospects, then i may start looking at them,

Their game plans are to convince the person they don't know enough, and to keep upselling to a more "intensive" training until the person is maxed out on credit cards and has exhausted savings and then move on.What is even more despicable, when they hold their mass gatherings in hotels, they berate anyone publicly who asks any question that shows a healthy skepticism as being negative with a bad attitude instead of addressing the person's concern in a professional way.
