I am curious to know what everyone is seeing out there and have some questions:-How is this affecting in-person attendance?

Hey Joshua,I'm currently in the throws of a development project in Brooklyn, and the $300 a sf model is a little light, especially if you plan on decent finishes. 

So, this whole "you must live in the property for 1 year" claim that we see online seems to be completely baseless.

In some areas, purchase prices and value add opportunities align well with BRRRR, while in others the margins might be tighter.NOI plaus a big role in success, esepically with MF, so increasing rents and reducing expenses are key.

In my case, I have residential rentals in one LLC, commercial properties in another, self storage in a third, and my real estate company operates in a fourth.

Like Jonathan said, in-person meetings with other investors is the best place.

In a few years if you want him out you can transition him to another unit.

There are but we have not continued in that particular area.
