I guess I should have got the hint of a scam when they invited me to a training and didnt have any hotel details, agenda or nothing ..on top of that they charged me twice luckily my bank was able to stop payment before it got there from pending .glad I called bank after I signed up .then I tried to call their customer service number to find out more , it went straight to leave a message etc, didn't even ring like a normal customer service..I have never had an issue with any guru company.

Without good boots on the ground there is simply too much opportunity for fraud and scams, just another area where some bad actors effect those who may try to give service. :)

i find this ironic as people also like to shout about people who offer to pay more are more likely to scam you and force you to evict..

I think annuities are a high price scam, fact using insurance companies for a vehicle to invest in is a high fee rip off.Let me guess your sale insurance?

The adjuster/contractor team is likely a complete fraud, changing company names and such as they go on scamming folks.

Yea, there are and if you try and do a deal with one and it goes south people feel like Hard Money is a scam or a pain.
