All I know of what those are is a summary of a business plan.Does anyone have any examples, or key points, length, of what an 'executive summary' of this nature should include, and how it should all be formatted?

Formation of the LLC is the easy part but the operating agreement is the key.

However, the business formation, venture capital is def second to none.

Looking for a shell, or general format and wording of how exactly to ask family or friends or just anyone, to help fund my real estate purchase.

A little about me (bullet points for brevity):- Brand new to investing- Watching BP YouTube podcasts- Live in NY (upstate and downstate regularly)- Full time job as iOS developer (I plan to continue this)- $50,000 initial investing money- $1500 monthly income to add to investing- Real-estate goal: single, multi-family, and apartments to get to a $3000-$6000 monthly cash-flow- House Hacking applicable (can move around)- New to BP forums, so tell me if I should do this in a different format (or in intro forums)My unique situation: I'm (obviously) looking for ways to make the best out of my situation.

As a side note, I actually follow a similar format to @Raul R. in the aspect that I only invest in landlord friendly states (great job Raul).  

Besides many information is not in organized format.

Mark Nolan I've heard good things about this book, does there happen to be an audio format?

Dave's mentor program works on one basic format as far as I know...I've been to a few of his presentations.
