I see the appeal since you could do way fewer deals at higher prices. but the risk seems far greater.

Most of my properties are on dead end streets, so I get fewer bites but the bites I do get, are quality bites from those who knows the area.

Regrettably, increases in recent years there have been fewer and the amounts lower than I'd like.
