I've done lots of research, listened to plenty of youtube videos and podcast.

Do I receive video of my pre and post make ready?

I think it's perfectly fine to start in C class properties while starting out (and it's definitely okay to excel in those properties if that's your strategy).

Hello Everyone,I am searching for searching for something that I can input or upload a list of addresses form an Excel spreadsheet and it will put them in the most efficient order I should be able to travel them from my starting location back or to the ending location I decide.

I worked though it but next time I think I will make a trip.Things that helped:I had my agent video tape and take pictures for me.  

Wife and I live in one half and we rent the other half to an excellent tenant.

They used to have excellent credit score so I don't want to give up on them so quick.
