While syndications and REITS do fit this description those options reduce your control and ROI dramatically.   

Adding a 1/1 below the other 1/1 for ~15k to add $650 additional in rental income and boost the value for refinance.

After reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, my entire perspective on finance and earning income changed dramatically. 

The market is very hot right now for sellers which also provides a boost to rental values.

With the income boost, you could lose a year but it would allow you to learn what neighborhood you want to live in.

If you’re strictly talking Airbnb it is a new listing boost.

Or boost your budget up and get a 3 or 4 family.

This can have a dramatic impact on your numbers.  

There is no doubt a stronger economy, boosted by the private sector and Entrepreneurs creating jobs has a net benefit for everyone.Being a responsible landlord, providing safe, comfortable places to live is a service needed.

I’m still getting some of the uplift, maybe not the dramatic returns that very early Newburgh buyers did though.
