Once approved, they sign the lease and become responsible for the full terms therein.I personally charge a $50 fee every time I have to amend the lease, which means $50 for each tenant being added.I'll bet dollars to donuts this doesn't end well.

I don';t have time for meetings and networking... and I bet most big players don't either.See people that eagerly go to these networking events, usually are people that need help, that are not succesful, that even though will NEVER admit it... but they see their own system is not giving them the results they are looking for ... hence network events... and most network events are like "Alcoholic annonimous" meetings where it is a huge orgy of bragging right."

If you're lucky and the attic is brutally hot, the ducts will have a harder time cooling the air down enough, so you'll have less condensation than in your "well ventilated" crawlspace, but that's still not a good bet to take.It is one thing to see regular joe schmoes not understand this, but it is absolutely infuriating to see that inspector gave literally the opposite of the correct diagnoses.You can choose to waste obscene amounts of money moving all your ductwork.
