I don't know (there might be) if there's much value in building wholesaler-to-wholesaler database to try and re-resell deals.  

The administrative hassle could be overcome by getting "checkbook-control" of your SDIRA.  

So I would suggest looking up HML members on BiggerPockets' database for Florida, and reaching out to all of them to start networking!

There are tons of data that you can drill down to zip code and even into street (the demographicsnow database is free on the Michigan Electric Library). 

I live in Delaware County (PA) very close to the Delaware state border.I am a software developer working with databases for my day job.

When this happens, I report the serial numbers back to the suppliers who enter them into the manufacturer's database.

But I would love to hear about your experience being an agent in the area and starting from scratch and building a database.
