It seems that every couple of years, the CDC comes up with a new flu "pandemic" to help get rid of pharmas, or drive populations to doctors to dope up on more meds.

Currently the pandemic is sending our market just straight through the roof, more so than in the past even.I have many suggestions for investors, but it totally depends on the personality of the investors, how much work they want to put in, and what the idiosyncrasies of each property are.

Curious to see how everyone’s rent collection has been. Was it down in April? Are you using payment plans for May?
