Also, lets face it, not every flip gets sold immediately; that may have been your intent but life/market happens.

Looking back, I'm not sure if we got a good deal, but I know now that we had no business being homeowners, as the maintenance on the house hit us in the face pretty quick. 

I have found a property that im interested that even with 35k remodeling loan and purchasing he house it will be under 500k. anybody have faced a similar situation and was successful or know what would be the best route.
