Felt like I had no purpose and was not giving back value to the world.People typically that have money will get involved in causes and charities to stay busy.My Uncle invented the cleaner Goof Off decades ago.He has been very wealthy for awhile.When he sold off the company and he took a few years off but after that he was sitting at home bored and started inventing hand cleaners and other stuff again.If I had that kind of money personally I like CTL's (credit tenant loans) that are triple net.CVS,Walgreens,Rite Aid's,etc.

The biggest reason i registered right now is in hopes of finding a mentor on this site.. i know everyone that is a vet is a mentor whenever they post aiding people and answering questions, however i am a hands on person and learn quickly that way.

(I'm not only a newbie investor but a newbie agent as well, got my license only to aid in my investing.)

Health Care Services doesn't usually have recorded liens, they have to be notified in all CA probate actions in my courts now (except the Affidavit for properties with small values).

They'll aid you in your wholesaling!

Also, there is a similar 6 group of homes that just went under contract that is in a less desirable area on the opposite side of town, rents for only 1400, not growing as fast that asking was 30K more than what I paid for my group of homes.I see so much potential in this deal.The medical school is going up, there will be alot more health care professionals that would love to live 5 miles from UT/Medical area/Downtown.

The tenant could just pick up and disappear one day, and I will have missed a great deal b/c of my fear and uncertainty.Yes, or she could get a free legal aid scumbag lawyer and after 2 or 3 continuances, she could request a jury trial, which could take several months.

It is marketed as a tool to aide agents, and no agent would want to use it if their buyers had easy access to the listing agent. 

I'm raising 3 kids and putting my wife through school on about $50k/yr plus financial aid, which pretty much all goes to day care.
