I imagine we have a couple more days of going to the dump to have the house cleared.Cleanout bill is going to come in at $5300 and will be done by Saturday afternoon.”There is moldy carpeting in the basement that will have to be removed, along with a couple feet of drywall up all the walls (too bad to leave for marketing).

WELL...I got a call on Thursday afternoon, there was ROT on the wood plate that the roof trusses rest on. see pics  They told me they could put the roof over it and we would fail the inspection, what did I want to do?

In my market, show rates are higher if people think you are meeting them personally vs. an “open house”-Sunday afternoon yielded the best show rates - weather is huge.
