But i have noticed they are putting themsleves on commercials on tv more and even sponsoring full length tv shows.....guess who gets to foot the bill? 

The other option is to keep the pool table and do a nice size TV, but with no seating.

I'm not sure I would have acted as quickly as you did in this same scenario, I would probably have chalked it up to the rent increase.These girls probably have watched too much TV.

Also the tenants tv quit working (according to my tenant today that he said the other tenant said his tv is now working).  

Just like people are at home watching tv, reading a book, or surfing social media after a couple beers.

If you have an extensive network of friends, family, business colleagues, neighbors etc to tap into, then you might make decent money in the first year.If I were you I'd definitively keep the job, for 2 main reasons: real estate isn't glamorous like it is on TV and as James mentioned most people quit, and realistically in the first year you won't be very busy unless you do time intensive stuff such as cold calling / door knocking etc.Trust me, you don't become a RE agent and all of a sudden the phone starts ringing non stop.

There is wiring for internet and tv.
