I am a music producer myself and work with several publishers to get my tracks place in TV shows and movies.  

no matter if you pay for your education in real estate or you get it for free.. nothing happens until you MAKE it happen... however as a reality check this is a very tough business that gets glorified on TV and on sites like BP...

My eleven year old daughter suddenly stopped watching Disney Channel and Nickelodeon seemingly over night and she now has every TV in my home posted on HGTV.

There is plenty of case law, simply research your state landlord tenant rulings, or watch a few shows of "Judge Judy" for the TV version.
