Everything was disclosed fully, I really don't think it would have mattered either way because he would have ended up paying commission to the agent anyway.As to being a sham buyer, you are entitled to your opinion, however my agent, with a large national realty company, his broker and an attorney were all consulted, informed and know exactly what my intentions were.
