After advertising on CL and Zillow I got a number of inquiries, but it wasn't until I advertised on GoSection8 (for free) that I got overwhelemed with lots of folks wanting to rent my condo....and the Housing Authority actually paid about 18% more than what the "cash" tenants were willing to pay. ...and the money is guaranteed. ....Oh,....and since the tenant's income is subsidized by the government...that means that I am not restriced as much with rent control.

If the respective housing authority accepts your proposal then you can request an increase.

A few sources: 1) Go talk to your local housing authority, they will know. 2) I'd also talk to social workers for the local Veterans Administration - those guys know every source of rental assistance. 3) Property managers.

Go on your local county or city website and reach out to the local housing authority for info about grants, programs or free community education courses available.

-AFCI circuit breakers, like others said above, work well in conjunctions with the correct splices and terminations.This is required in my state when updating multiple devices or extending/ adding circuits, but check with your local AHJ (authority having jurisdiction) to see if its necessary.

This is most likely a situation where the owners are deceased and the estate is in probate.Until the will (if there is one) is probated, none of the heirs have the legal authority to sell.
