There is hoa homeowner info available through the Yahoo groups AZ-CHORE and hoanet at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/AZ-CHORE/ and http://groups.yahoo.com/group/hoanet/ These are both fora for homeowners to ask questions, get information and direction, and discuss problems associated with hoa life.

It looks like with every passing day that it is getting worse, in my opinion, as the congress tries to set prices in the market for these terrible securities.I feel like we are so close to getting to the bottom of this and being able to figure it out.I mean here I am, about to buy a condo that probably has one of these "toxic" mortgages associated with it, where there was no income verification, no money down, etc.

I didn't head back to school this year due to financial reasons ( I would still be going to school but I'm currently going broke cause of it LOL ) so my plan is to start out wholesaling, since I think this is a great time to get into the market cause everyone is foreclosing or selling as long as i can find buyers, then move into flipping them myself.
