Unfortunately it was another dry, dusty and relatively boring Roubaix ... it's been so long since the last wet edition there's a whole generation of riders who have never had the experience.

Been lurking around BP,listening to podcasts,reading books by Grant Cardone,Robert Kiyosaki,etc for a while now.I have wet my feet in REI already - two properties in NoVA and a recent one in Austin,TX - strategy has been Buy and Hold so far.

They were hand drawn by an old-school unlicensed engineer when wet stamped by a licensed architect.

Sometimes basements come with a wet bar, which means you'll likely already have the plumbing needed, so that could be a lower cost option for you if you're a capable DIYer.I always start by researching the areas I'm looking to buy.

It does take time and effort and I’d recommend starting with a couple smaller deals to get your feet wet first and systems in place.
