Comparable MLS properties in the same neighborhood sold anywhere between $80k - $120k in the last 12 months but I couldn't find too many 3 unit examples.

When it is asking for personal information, do I need to provide my personal first name, last name etc, or can I provide LLCs information?

We enjoyed our lake house for many years, but it has been very idle for the last 2 years.
