We have been seeing if this investing really work.This is what we have todate.1. 1 house in El Paso,Tx rented2. 6 duplex in Montgomery,Al 4 rented3. 1 house in Millbrook, al rented4. 1 house in Montgomery,Al section 8 rented5. 4 trailer in Troy,Al section 8 rentedHave almost all property in a llc.Now what do i do to move to the next level?

Its been about 1.5 years now of reading about the subject at various levels (flips, rentals, wholesales...etc).I think that self doubt I have or maybe fear of the unknown is definately a huge hurdle for me.

Oregon eviction paperwork is easy enough to understand if you are capable of reading at the second grade level, so you should be able to figure out where you stand.

Maybe someone can find an exception, but "nice" rentals translate into the landlord subsidizing the tenants housing.So, the problem with the "flip if I can, rent if I must" strategy is that you'll do a flip level finish, then end up renting.

I have not had time to assess the deal properties yet but I specifically told my realtor what I was looking for in terms of DOM (at least 90 days), expired listings, fixer-uppers and shortsales.
