Is that Airbnb analyst tool/subscription worth looking at? 

It was a painfully slow and convoluted process, but finally culminated in my buying the house in May of 2018, six months after I signed the purchase agreement.It took me another three months to finish the rehab and get it back to brand-new condition (See After Photos Below).

But this is now three years in a row.

Are any of these website offering a subscription and annual fees good for the use of finding properties?

So I'm living in one unit and renting out the other three with a Home Possible 5% down loan. 

I am new to the area (currently renting a SFH in Missouri City) and new to real estate investing, but looking to buy an investment property in the next 6 months and three in the next year or so. 

The problem is the three applications I got so far are not the best.

I recently bought three rentals, two on the same street in Kirby, TX which is a suburb of San Antonio.

Anything more than three blocks away is useless. 1 mile away is a waste of time.
