My thought was to rent it as a mid term rental on Airbnb and vrbo etc because it’s in a desirable residential neighborhood walkable to schools and shopping. 

But I made it a point to fly out there and check it out.I was looking at what Luxury simplified was doing on my trip and thought I think I can jump into this as well.

Is this a common practice that you have seen and what’s your thoughts?
