All door handles ,pull handles and hinges on cabinets and storage replaced with brushed SS.Changed out the old kitchen counter tops ( thay were green and white tile) with pre made granite look alike laminate , put in SS sink and faucet.

The drawers are soft close and come standard.I think all in all for the money the Ikea cupboards are so easy to install and work very well.

The laminate is pretty soft (came with the house) and in most of the length it's just a depression and then maybe a 2 foot section is an actual scratch.

I've always applied paint the old fashioned way - with a rolller and brush.

Brush up on your own personal skills and experience first before building a team.

@Reid Matthews  I would have to disagree about the market being soft right now. 

That said, what is better than bonding over a tile floor or with a paint brush?

I know the market is a bit soft right now, but are you still optimistic about the area?
