Hi @Eric Armstrong this isn't a lien option but umbrella insurance is pretty good coverage to have to protect you're equity.

This is regulation that is supposed to protect consumers, but instead it has caused a lot of owner financing to dry up.

This topic is one I cannot find information on, but feel it is important to do right in order to protect myself.My HOA requires that my tenants and I together sign a waiver holding the HOA harmless should an incident occur on their facilities.
