Do I decline the applications related to Tenant 2's income and give them 30 day notice to vacate, ask Tenant 1 to co-sign for Tenant 2 upon move out Nov. 24, or am I too worried?

I haven’t used grip strip but have had bad times with other adhesive flooring products.

I doubt any replacement builder would commit to timeframes as there's a lot of variables and several unexpected product shortages.

As you grow, you will find the need to say “yes” to everything rapidly declines.

There are products specifically for rentals, but I feel like using this approach will work best for me in the long run as I grow because its generic and I can get any bookkeeper to work for me.
