There is currently a good travel deal from Chase if you're looking to travel more.To summarize, earning a small bonus on all of my purchases makes me feel even better about them, and if it's a travel reward, it could get you thinking about your next trip, which is always a pleasant thought.

That's a nursing pillow... which is why this went from gross/shocking to heartbreaking for me. 

I do get some prospective tenants that are priced out or shocked when they hear the asking price but then when they see the place they almost always say, "damn, it's worth what your asking, I just can't afford it"  I took a big risk in the ghetto on being able to find one person willing to live in the neighborhood and willing to pay the asking price and so far, it has been paying off big time for me.  

You will likely be shocked by the total.

Sad we have to show examples of how these things exists and dont sit around fabricating things.......A Black business owner had the shock of her life when a customer sent her an email demanding a refund after learning she was black, according to Daily Dot.

The work is a lot more pleasant and the income is over 3 X what I made as a Realtor.  

The ones that fix it themselves, show the property themselves because they're "saving" money, are often the clients who are most shocked when the repairs start rolling in (and conversely when we get more in rent for their property).You driving to your property, sitting and waiting for a no show tenant and driving back home is not free.You doing a background check on a tenant, taking the time to do that is not free.You running back and forth to Home Depot, cutting your lawn, shoveling your snow is not free.Your tenants calling you up threatening not to pay rent because of the virus, or lying to you asking for a break...that stress cannot be quantified.So in short, a lot of people have no idea of the value of their time.
