A $750K house will bring in more than a $250K house, obviously.

My rental has a lot of extra space outside around the house to consider doing a ADU build and create additional rental income.  

I used to own a condo as a rental and a single family house as primary.  

I'd want to meet the person over zoom if not in person.

And find the houses that you can be all in around 70 to 75% purchase plus rehab.
