Not sure it's that easy anymore, though, as there are definitely more strict procedures in place now and we've found that most after auction are listed through real estate brokers or sold off in package deals rather than a single home being negotiated by an investor directly with the bank.

Also, it's slow, in my humble opinion, fine if I'm putting together a package for a property I know I'm going to move on and I want something that looks nice to share with investors/bank, but too slow to quickly evaluate properties.

If you're driving for dollars you really don't NEED anything as you're not making contact, just gathering info to send mailers (or sending them on the spot from your phone if using deal machine, maybe they'll give me a free month for the plug :p)In the back end: have a branding package developed, get business cards made, brand your clothing, get a website (I think this is a #1 priority), etc but all of this should take a back seat to activity, activity, activity.
