I do not have my Tennessee broker's license, but from what I can remember from my research you will still need to find a brokerage here to officially hang your license. 

For each building use a zippered vinyl money type bag labelled on the outside to store each individual building's keys.To take it a step further which I have not done, keep a rack in the office to hang the tagged original key for each door or padlock. 

You can hang them or pin them but then again, that can be annoying.
