Finally someone in DC is listening to some of us.Maybe they would learn that some of us peasants might know how to deal with what is going on than the political machine running this country.

We use our little real estate machine every day, in 2020 we purchase 50+ units, mostly single family and some 2-family. 

You busted the machine.

While people talk highly of finding great deals by going this route, very few ever talk about how many hours/dollars they spent getting systems setup on the front end to start generating leads, or how much it costs (time/money) to keep that machine running.Wholesaler/Turnkey rentals: Wholesalers often speak of offering you off-market deals, but they are marketing to their list, so you can decide if "limited marketing" is really off market or not.  

They do get the job done but from my experience I go through more sandpaper with those machines and trust me the sandpaper a add up a lot.

Vending machines perhaps.

Ever since then I've made an effort to stay in shape to set a good example for my family and to feel better overall, losing weight can do wonders for all parts of your life.Now I mainly do elliptical machine while playing on my xbox. 

We would love to partner with one or two others to eventually create a flipping machine and add buyandholds for long term freedom.More than 2019 goals but it starts with those 1st two flips.

It took me a while to recover and we had our doubts when we jumped back in - but we took those lessons and made a serious profit machine.
