I am looking for suggestions on how to host these on a platform using AI and other new technology to help people match with a lender or build a list of investors for multi family, self storage, assisted living, short term rentals, mobile home parks, new construction etc. 

I have an LLC that I just created that I plan to move that property into.I am currently living in a 3/2 valued at $600k with an outstanding mortgage of $300k.

I am currently living in Missouri; I have one house rented out and am planning on getting more.

You're investing there, paying taxes, making friends, bringing your friends and hoping to create a safe space for others to visit where the people on the other end of the line live full time. 

However, sadly my friend did not work his program and today, many years later, he has about $20K in investments and lives in a rental apt.

I am thinking of just getting a first-time home buys loan at the low 3.5% to 5% down and just living in it for 12 months then renting it out.
