If you have good credit 720 and above your rate should be around or under 7.75% with only 15% down.I have seen rates that high but last time I checked it was on a DSCR with low fico scores. 

hey every one on BP I'm back. since the last time i posted, i've been to 4 REI meet ups in various areas on CT. going to my 5th this Saturday. seen a few recurring faces at a couple of them.

I just read last week they have another $60M project going into foreclosure.

The last one was great and meet some nice people. 

I decided to fix up (20+K expenses in the last 3 months) and have signed the realtor contract last week to sell.

It is odd, and unfortunately tomorrow is the last day to file and I don't see the situation being resolved.
