It's likely been listed for over 200 days for a reason. 

I listed my home for rent and after 30+ days of reviews and home tours signed a lease on 3/30 with an individual who met my preferences for financial/credit history but could not move in until end of May.

Keep them on a list and follow up with them.

If the property is listed on Airbnb/VRBO it will be hard to transfer reservations and that could be a huge pain if the seller is not helpful, even after closing. 

I'm sure F&G and MWCC have a laundry-list of ideas.  

As a wholesaler I came across different types of list of potential leads but pre-foreclosures seemed to interest me the most.

Keep in mind 10-15% of the GC fee is to cover WC/GL other overhead and admin costs, punch list, warranty and mistakes and overruns.
